For more than four decades, Samuel Braver has tried highly complex cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States, setting him apart from many lawyers today who list as litigators but rarely try cases. Braver now serves as chair of the Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Product Liability group and the Corporate Trust and Estate Litigation practice and co-chair of the Florida Litigation group. He has also served as chair of the firm's Commercial Litigation section.
