Attorney Regis M. McClelland is the founding member of The McClelland Law Group. Attorney McClelland earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980 and a Juris Doctorate degree in 1983 from Duquesne University. While at Duquesne, he was awarded the prestigious Order of Barristers, and was named to the distinguished Duquesne University Law Review. While in law school, he was published in the Duquesne Law Review and was charged with the responsibility as an Associate Articles Editor of the publication.

In 1983, he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar Association and to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit; and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania.

Attorney McClelland is an invited member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. He was voted by his peers as one of "The Best Lawyers in America" and was named as a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer". He was awarded Martindale Hubbell's highest rating for legal ability and general ethical standards. Attorney McClelland is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he teaches a course in Trial Tactics. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice and has served on the Board of Governors, the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation the Allegheny County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association.

Attorney McClelland is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he teaches a class on “Trial Tactics.”
