JURIST - Paper Chase: Serbia seeking ICJ opinion on Kosovo independence

[JURIST] Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic [official profile] has said that Serbia plans [press release] to ask the International Court of Justice [official website] to determine whether the Kosovo's recent declaration of independence [JURIST report] "represents a violation of international law."
