JURIST - Paper Chase: Bush reinstates fair wage laws for Hurricane Katrina workers

[JURIST] President Bush Thursday reinstated fair wage laws, suspended [JURIST report] after Hurricane Katrina [JURIST news archive], which mandate that employers awarded government contracts must pay local prevailing wages to workers.
