[JURIST] Serbia charged five members of a paramilitary group, the Scorpions, Friday for their roles in the Srebrenica massacre [BBC backgrounder; JURIST news archive] in 1995. They and several others were arrested [JURIST report] in June after a video [JURIST video] showing them executing six Bosnian Muslims was broadcast on Serbian television after being presented as evidence during the trial of former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic at The Hague.
