Election abuses lead to revote in 20 Ethiopian districts David Shucosky at 2:57 PM ET [JURIST] Ethiopia's National Election Board [official website] ordered revotes in 20 of the country's 524 constituencies on Monday, after an investigation of election fraud [JURIST report ] found evidence of abuse at more than 100 polling stations.
