Three acquitted of conspiracy charges for Kenya hotel bombing David Shucosky at 10:14 AM ET [JURIST] A Kenyan magistrate on Monday acquitted three men charged with conspiracy in connection with a 2002 suicide bombing at a hotel. The attack, which al-Qaida claimed responsiblity for, killed 15 people [Jersualem Post file report].
