India rejects petition to legalize homosexuality

The Indian High Court in Dehli rejected a petition on Thursday which challenged laws that labeled homsexual acts as "unnatural criminal behavior." The court ruled that the validity of the laws cannot be challenged by someone not affected by them. The petition, filed by the HIV and Aids organisation, the Naz Foundation, argued that Indian police use the laws to harass homosexuals. BBC has more.
