Panamanian pardons of would-be Castro assassins prompts Cuba to cut ties
Bernard Hibbitts at 8:35 AM ET

Read the official press release on the pardons here (in Spanish). Three of the emigres have since been flown to the US, where they landed in Miami. AP has more. This morning's La Prensa has more from Panama (in Spanish). Radio Havana provides coverage from the Cuban perspective here (in Spanish).
