Falwell opening new law school at Liberty University
Jeannie Shawl at 3:30 PM ET

Rev. Jerry Falwell is opening Liberty University School of Law next week in an effort to "infiltrate the culture with men and women of God who are skilled in the legal profession." The Virginia school will welcome 61 first-year students. According to its dean, Bruce Green, classroom lectures and discussions will stress connections between faith, law and morality. Dean Green maintains a blog on his thoughts and observations on the progress of founding a new law school here. AP has more.
