Jeannie Shawl at 4:58 PM ET

Chuck McGee, former director of the New Hampshire Republican Party, pleaded guilty Wednesday to jamming Democratic phone lines that were meant to help voters get rides to polls on Election Day 2002. McGee pleaded guilty to conspiring to make anonymous calls with the intent to annoy or harass and admitted paying a Virginia telemarketing company to hire another business to call Democratic Party offices across New Hampshire. AP has the full story. The Concord Monitor has more.
