Clinton advisor questioned for memo handling

Sandy Berger, President Clinton's National Security Advisor from 1997-2001, is under investigation for improperly removing documents from the National Archives in preparation for his March 24, 2004 testimony before the 9/11 commission. Some of the documents were his own notes and other classified memos dealing with the former administration's handling of information regarding potential US port vulnerability and millennium terrorist plots.
