Madrid bombing "mastermind" arrested in Italy

Rabei Osman Ahmed El Sayed, suspected of plotting the March 11 Madrid train bombings, was arrested overnight in Italy. According to a statement released by Italy's Interior Minister, the suspect was planning more attacks. Bloomberg has more. El Mundo provides local coverage, in Spanish.
