BREAKING NEWS ~ CIA contractor charged in Afghanistan prisoner's death

ABC News is reporting that a civilian contractor with the CIA has been charged in the death of a prisoner held in Afghanistan.

UPDATE: CNN reports that the contractor has been identified as David Passaro, of North Carolina. The indictment was returned by a federal grand jury in Raleigh, N.C. The Justice Department is expected to announce the indictment at a news conference later today.
