BREAKING NEWS ~ Judge declares mistrial in Tyco case

AP is reporting that a New York judge has declared a mistrial in the case against two former Tyco executives accused of looting the company of $600 million. The judge cited intense outside pressure placed on one of the jurors as the reason.
