BREAKING NEWS ~ Haitian Chief Justice left in charge as Aristide flees

News agencies are reporting that Haitian President Jean-Bertrand Aristide resigned the Presidency of Haiti Sunday morning and left the country. The next in line in the constitutional order of succession is Haiti's Chief Justice, Boniface Alexandre, who apparently is acceptable to Haitian rebel leaders. AP has more.
