A spokesman for the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia told the
Kuwaiti News Agency Saturday that a tribunal has to be established to try Iraqi officials responsible for war crimes committed by the regime, and that the UN Security Council would issue a decision similar to the one that resulted in the creation of the ICTY.
