JURIST publishes U. Michigan affirmative action symposium
Bernard Hibbitts at 3:35 PM ET

JURIST has just released an online symposium on the University of Michigan affirmative action admissions cases, decided by the US Supreme Court in June of this year. A panel of 12 experts - leading academic authorities on race and the Constitution, attorneys who had argued the cases, the former Dean of Admissions for the University of Michigan Law School, and a senior fellow at a conservative think-tank - offer their views in the first comprehensive collection of perspectives to appear online or in print since the decisions were handed down. To add your thoughts, just join the symposium!
