Gates, et al., US District Court for the District of Columbia, June 29, 2009 [dismissing a habeas corpus challenge brought by an Afghan detainee who has been held at Bagram Air Base without having been charged since 2002 on the basis of their finding that Section 7 of the Military Commissions Act of 2006 did not violate the separation of powers principle laid out by the US Supreme Court in United States v. Klein].
