Dear President of the Court,

By Your Court's decision and with Your Honour presiding, a new party was appointed as representative - director of public enterprise Radio B92 from Belgrade, and by order V-Fi-2790/99 of April 1, 1999.

On April 2, 1999, the authorised personnel of the Commercial Court, acting in accordance with the quoted court order, carried out the procedure of introducing the new director to his post, and sealed off the premises of the applicant and prevented the authorised individuals and employees from entering Radio B92 premises, as well as from entering the premises of a different legal entity, the Business Association of Independent Electronic Media from Belgrade, Makedonska 22/XI, located on the 10^th and 11^th floor of "Dom omladine" building in Belgrade, Makedonska 22.

Evidence: The quoted court order and proceedings.

As neither the applicant nor its premises are subjects of the quoted court order, nor the order's enforcement by appointing the new director to his post, we ask You as the Court presiding and as Judge in this case, to immediately grant access to the premises on the 10^th and 11^th floor of "Dom omladine" building, Makedonska 22, in order to prevent any further impairment in carrying out the affairs of this legal entity.
